1. Handling your personal data
White Wolf Rising Ltd use your data to provide you access its services. That includes doing things like:

  • Improving services and its associated services  for you and other users including managing the cloud application to ensure      everyone gets a user-friendly and fruitful experience, performing market      research to understand our users’ views and improving our research and      development to make our services more the ideal tools for your investment needs
  • Providing you with the service plan you have      selected, keeping you up-to-date and informed about new data acquisitions, new functionalities, system unavailability (because of upgrades and maintenance) and responding to your enquiries
  • Meeting legal, regulatory or business  requirements (e.g. GDPR/DPB) for us to appropriately handle your data​

Once you subscribe to one of our services, we may use information about you to:
 

  • Enhance and personalise our services and its  associated services that are part of our offering and to perform research and development resulting in new services
  • Conduct analysis and research and monitor usage behaviour to provide more services to the users
  • Manage our solution and your use of it

Delivering services and business intelligence

  • Provide you with Cloud applications and consultancy      under the Plan or Contract you have selected or purchased, associated  services and to manage your account with us
  • Give you access to parts of the application  Website you have subscribed
  • Contact you if necessary
  • Tell you about any new services or functionality such as new associated services
  • Expose associated services to you
  • Send you details about our services and its associated services by email or other means if you have opted in to receiving relevant marketing communications from White Wolf Rising Ltd

Ensuring that we meet our legal, regulatory and business requirements

  • Keeping your account safe, checking your identity
  • Address any complaints or other enquiries that  you raise through our Support group

We will not disclose your personal information or information about your usage of your subscribed applications to any third parties. We may disclose to third party anonymous data that can be used for further business intelligence activities. This data, however, will not identify you personally as it will be included in aggregated and anonymised data
We are using your data in these ways to satisfy the following reasons:

  1. White Wolf Rising Ltd needs your data to provide you with the application and its associated services and to manage your account with us
  2. White Wolf Rising Ltd has a legitimate business interest in some uses of your data (such as conducting market      research)
  3. By using our services, you are giving us your consent to use your data for certain activities,

2. Personal data retention management
We keep information as long as you are a subscribing customer. When you cease to be a customer, the following data will be erased:
·         Name
·         Billing address
·         Date of birth (if applicable)
·         Communication contact details (e.g. telephone number, email address)
We will keep other data, that will then not then be associated with you anymore for statistical and business intelligence purposes
We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
No PayPal payments or other form of payments will be taken from a customer who has cancelled his membership


3. Personal data sharing
White Wolf Rising Ltd is acting as the Data Controller for all applications.
In the case that any of White Wolf Rising Ltd application is sold or transferred to another company, you will be notified that we will handling your information to a new owner. In these circumstances we would require the new company to keep your data confidential and comply with GDPR
Your data may also be shared with any competent authority in response to a valid and legally compliant request

 

4. Data management
We collect personal data in two ways:

  1. Directly from the subscribed service, such as information filled in within the registration process
  2. From PayPal regarding payments (Payment pending, approved, declined and dates of transactions) 

Stored data are as follows:

  • Your contact details including name, address, email address and telephone number
  • Your payment history
  • Your payment details
  • Your communications with us including support      requests

Data collection:
We collect data directly from you when you are asked to provide personal details about yourself, including but not limited to when you:

  • Become a subscribing customer
  • Submit enquiries via our Support page
  • When you make changes to your membership with us

5. Your rights as a subscribing customer
You have the following rights, once you have become a customer:

  • To be informed about how we use your personal data as purposed with this Privacy Policy
  • To update your personal data. 
  • To change your password 
  • To reset your password 
  • To cancel your subscription 
  • To ask us to delete your personal data
  • To get a free copy of your personal data stored under any subscribed service (note that a fee will be applied if such a request is requested more than once in a calendar year). See section 9
  • To make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (www.ico.org.uk)  if you think that any of your rights have been infringed by us.

To exercise any of your rights, you will need to contact the White Wolf Rising  Ltd Support Team by visiting the subscribed service Support Page
For all complaints made to us about your rights, White Wolf Rising Ltd will responds to your request within 1 month (30 days). Any investigations on our part that may take more than the first month to address may be carried over another month or even longer depending on its complexity. In this case, we will let you know about the proceeding and its estimated time to completion and we will keep you informed of its progress
Please note that White Wolf Rising Ltd, reserve the right to a request where requests for data are clearly unreasonable or excessive, particularly if they are repetitive.

 

6. Opting in and out
You can opt in and out of marketing communications at any time by changing your preferences by visiting your subscribed service Detail page

White Wolf Rising Ltd, is committed to keeping your data secure. We are using HTTP Secure (HTTPS), which is an extension of the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) for secure communication over a computer network, and is widely used on the Internet
However, any communications over the Internet, such as emails, sent to us are not secure. Your communications may route through several countries before being delivered and as this is the nature of the World Wide Web/Internet. White Wolf Rising Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of personal information that is beyond our control
Third Party Sites
Some of your subscribed service pages may contain third party names, logos and URLs. Note that White Wolf Rising Ltd do not share any personally identifiable information collected within its applications to any of them
